7. Speaking

   Current TOEFL iBT: 4 tasks. Task 1 independent. Tasks 2–3 integrated (read, listen, speak). Task 4 listen and speak. Each recording is played once.

   Current TOEFL iBT. Read the passage (3 minutes). Listen to the lecture once. Then write 20 minutes. Typical length 150–225 words. Do not give your own opinion.

9. Writing — academic discussion

   Current TOEFL iBT. 10 minutes. Write a post that adds to the discussion (about 100 words or more).
